Volunteer
Get Involved
Volunteering with the Boosters is a fun way to support our student-athletes, connect with other families, and make a positive impact on Minuteman athletics. If you don't have the time for an official role, reach out to your team liaison and ask if they need help with anything! Stay tuned for fundraising activities, too.
Volunteer to be a Team Liaison
Each team is supported by a parent or guardian volunteer who connects coaches, families and the Boosters Board. The role is flexible and largely what you make it. Examples: • Talking with the coach about team priorities and needs • Gathering input from parents and athletes • Helping organize concessions and fundraising • Coordinating senior night activities • Assisting with banquets, alumni games and team gatherings • Helping choose swag and spirit items

Governance
We are a nonprofit corporation established in Massachusetts in 2025, recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization, and we hold a Massachusetts Certificate of Exemption. Board elections are held each year; any parent or guardian of a Minuteman athlete may run.
